After a returned product is received, we may inspect it to determine:

5. Change-of-Mind Returns

Eligible change-of-mind returns may be requested within 30 calendar days after receipt.
The customer is generally responsible for the reasonable direct cost of returning a product for a voluntary change-of-mind return, unless otherwise required by applicable law or expressly agreed by artistryrackb.shop.

For voluntary change-of-mind returns, the customer is generally responsible for return shipping costs.

there is generally no original standard shipping charge paid by the customer that would need to be refunded.
Customers should use a reasonably secure shipping method and retain tracking information until the return has been confirmed as received.
If a product is returned because it was damaged, defective, incorrect, or materially different from what was ordered, artistryrackb.shop will review the circumstances and handle applicable return costs in accordance with applicable law.
